Jactoys Ltd
is a Hong Kong based company piloting an exciting mission of
making high quality early childhood development tools and toys
for our youngsters. As part of a global network company, we
strive to delivering the basics of our high-tech achievements
to our younger generation.
The Hong Kong Office
The headquarters of our international sales office and show
room is located in Cheung Sha Wan District of Kowloon Peninsula.
This office coordinates the specifics of import and exports
to all parts of the world.
The Manufacturing Plants
Our network company owns manufacturing plants in Macao, Zhu
Hai and Zhong Shan in southern China. All our factories take
pride in their top notch performance in high quality, great
value, and reliable delivery of products. Our main factory has
been awarded with the Certificate of Quality License for Export
Commodities in 1994, and are accredited to comply with the ISO9002
quality system standard by BSI of UK in 1995. We continuously
enhance our production facilities and efficiency, and technical
know-how to better serve our customers, in a bid to stay at
the forefront of the toys manufacturing industry.
Our manufacturing facilities include : 60 injection machines,
200 spray painting booths, 10 forty-feet conveyors, 30 ultrasonic
welding machines, 10 pad-printing machines, 20 blister packing
machines, 10 rootcasting machines, 5 three-needles 20 single
needles and hair rooting machines, and a sewing shop of 300
sewing machines.
We also have a tooling group is fully equipped with milling
machines, lathes drilling machines, EDM machines, and a number
of shaping machines, surface grinders, pantograph engraving
machines and welding machines for model making and repairing.
Our tooling engineers have good experience in CAD-CAM.
We have 1,500 workers in 2 location totaling 400,000 sq.ft of
floor space. Our
facilities are equipped with q 80-IBM-PC-networked manufacturing
resources planning system to monitor each phase of production
cycle. |
